As part of the ANCA Grassroots 2013 Conference, organized by the ANCA Western Region, on Sunday, December 1, at noon representatives from Armenian National Committees in South America, Europe, Armenia, Australia and the Middle East streamed in through Google Hangouts video chat to discuss their advocacy efforts in their respective communities.
