(HORIZON WEEKLY) On Friday, October 27th, 2017 members of the Armenian National Committee of Quebec (ANCQ) were present at a Liberal Party of Québec fundraiser held at the O’BRÛLÉS restaurant in Laval, Québec for member of the national assembly of Québec for Fabre, Monique Sauvé. Also present and the special guest at the event was member for Jean-Talon, the minister of Education, Recreation and Sports, Sébastien Proulx. Members of the ANCQ held a brief meeting with the minister of Education to discuss various issues relating to the Armenian community at large in the province of Québec.
