ՀՀ ԳԱԱ Պատմության ինստիտուտը, ՀՀ ԳԱԱ Արևելագիտության ինստիտուտը, ՀՅԴ Հայ դատի կենտրոնական խորհուրդը և «Արևմտահայոց հարցերի ուսումնասիրության կենտրոն» գիտահետազոտական հիմնադրամը կազմակերպում են 1921 թ. Մոսկվայի և Կարսի պայմանագրերի 100-ամյակին նվիրված ««ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆԸ ԵՎ ՏԱՐԱԾԱՇՐՋԱՆԸ. ԴԱՍԵՐ, ԱՐԺԵՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ, ՀԵՌԱՆԿԱՐՆԵՐ» խորագրով միջազգային գիտաժողով:

Գիտաժողովն անցկացվելու է 2021 թ. հոկտեմբերի 19-21-ին, Երևանում:

Գիտաժողովին ներկայացվող զեկույցները պետք է լինեն հետևյալ թեմաների շուրջ.

• 1921 թ. Մոսկվայի և Կարսի պայմանագրերը. դասեր և վերագնահատումներ:
• 1921 թ. Մոսկվայի և Կարսի պայմանագրերը, դրանց միջազգային-իրավական կարգավիճակը և Հայաստանը:
• Քաղաքական և աշխարհաքաղաքական զարգացումները տարածաշրջանում և Հայաստանը:
• Թուրքիայի հավակնությունները տարածաշրջանում: Հայաստանին սպառնացող մարտավերները:
• Արևմուտքը և Հարավային Կովկասը:
• Ռուսաստանը և Հարավային Կովկասը:
• Արցախյան հիմնահարցը տարածաշրջանային զարգացումներում:

Գիտաժողովի նյութերը հրատարակվելու են երեք լեզուներով (հայերեն, ռուսերեն, անգլերեն):

Հոդվածներն ուղարկել՝

Առաջին էջի վերին տողում (մեջտեղում) 13 pt տառաչափով, գլխատառերով, թավ (Bold) գրվում է հոդվածի վերնագիրը: Մեկ տող բաց թողնելով տողի մեջտեղում 12 pt տառաչափով, գլխատառերով, թավ (Bold) տրվում են հեղինակ(ներ)ի Անուն Ազգանուն(ներ)ը: Մեկ տող ներքև տողի մեջտեղում 12 pt տառաչափով, շեղատառ (Italic) տրվում է աշխատավայրը, բուհը կամ գիտահետազոտական կենտրոնը, ֆակուլտետը, գիտական աստիճանը, կոչումը, քաղաքը և երկիրը: Մեկ տող ներքև տողի մեջտեղում 12 pt տառաչափով տրվում է հեղինակի էլեկտրոնային փոստի հասցեն:
Մեկ տող բաց թողնելով անհրաժեշտ է գրել «Բանալի բառեր» և նշել 7-10 բանալի բառեր (հայերնե, ռուսերեն, ագնլերեն):

“Armenia and the Region: Lessons, Evaluations, Perspectives” International Conference Dedicated to the Centennial of the Moscow and Kars Agreements (1921-2021)

The Institute of History of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia, the Institute of Archeology of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia, the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) Armenian National Committee Central Council, and the Center for the Study of Western Armenian Issues Research Foundation present the “Armenia and the Region: Lessons, Evaluations, Perspectives” international conference dedicated to the centennial of the Moscow And Kars agreements (1921-2021).
The conference will be held on October 19-21, 2021, in Yerevan, Armenia.

Papers presented at the conference should be on the following topics:

• The Moscow and Kars agreements of 1921: Lessons and Revaluations
• The International legal statuses of the Moscow and Kars agreements of 1921
• Political and geopolitical developments in Armenia and the region
• Turkey’s ambitions in the region and Armenia’s challenges
• The West and the South Caucasus
• Russia and the South Caucasus
• The Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh) issue and regional developments
The conference materials will be published in three languages (Armenian, Russian, English).

The title of the article is written in the upper line (centered) of the first page in 13 pt font, in capital letters, bolded. The author(s)’s name(s) should be listed on the following line, centered, in 12 pt font, uppercase, bolded. On the following line should read the author(s)’s place of employment, university or research center, faculty, degree, title, city, country, in 12 pt font. The author(s)’s e-mail address is should be indicated on the following line, centered, in 12 pt font size

• On the following line, write “Keywords” and mark 7-10 keywords (Armenian, Russian, English).
• On the following line, present the main text of the work, 12 pt font, 1.5 spaced. The text must be aligned on both sides (justified). Paragraphs should begin indented 1 cm.
• Summaries of the article in Armenian, Russian, or English (summary, annotation, abstract) are required, which are presented after the main text
• References are required. Place them in the footnotes, in ascending order: 10 pt font size, single sapced. The link text must be aligned on both sides (justified).

Paragraphs should begin indented 1 cm. The references must contain the last name and first initial of the work cited, then the title of the work, the volume, the place of publication, the year, and the page.
