ARS Armenia-Artsakh Fund Benefits from ANC-PN

GLENDALE—The Armenian Relief Society of Western USA accepted a $1,250 donation in benefit of the ARS Armenia-Artsakh Fund from the Armenian National Committee-Professionals Network (ANC-PN) on February 19, 2014.

Regional Executive Chairperson Lena Bozoyan accepted the donation on behalf of the ARS. The ANC-PN delegation was led by Linda Adran.

During the meeting, representatives discussed issues pertaining to mutual collaboration and reciprocated support of activities. Elaborating on the mission of the ANC-PN, their members also offered their professional services to the ARS in the legal field, sponsorship, as well as social and professional networking opportunities.

“The ANC-PN has demonstrated its constant support for ARS programs and activities throughout the years. We commend this body of young professionals’ commitment to advancing the reach of ARS programs locally and internationally,” affirmed Lena Bozoyan, ARS Regional Executive Chairperson.

The Armenian Relief Society of Western USA, established in 1984 and with regional headquarters in Glendale, CA, has 27 chapters and more than 1,200 members in five western states. The ARS-WUSA operates a Social Services Division and Child, Youth, and Family Guidance Center, and funds numerous youth programs, scholarships, and relief efforts.
