(ԱՐՄԵՆՊՐԵՍ) Հայ դատի Եգիպտոսի հանձնախմբի անդամ Արմեն Մազլումյանը հույս ունի, որ Հայոց ցեղասպանության հարցին վերաբերող նախագիծը կմտնի խորհրդարան ու կդրվի քվերակության: Հանձնախումբը Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցի ժամանակահատվածից ակտիվ աշխատանք է տարել, որպեսզի Եգիպտոսը ճանաչի Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը, սակայն, Մազլումյանի համոզմամբ, որոշակի քաղաքական հանգամանքներով պայմանավորված՝ պահը դեռ պետական մակարդակով չի հասունացել, որպեսզի բարձրաձայն հայտարարեն դրա մասին:
Եգիպտոսի խորհրդարանի պատգամավոր Մուստաֆա Բաքրին հանդես է եկել օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությամբ, որով երկրի խորհրդարանին ու կառավարությանը կոչ է արել ճանաչել Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը: Մուստաֆա Բաքրին հայտարարել է, որ պատմական փաստաթղթերը վկայում են, որ 1915-1922 թվականներին թուրք-օսմանցիները 1.5 միլիոն հայ են ոչնչացրել: Այդ փաստերը քննարկելու համար նա կոչ է արել խորհրդարանի հատուկ նիստ հրավիրել: Բաքրիի ներկայացրած նախագծի տակ ստորագրել է 337 պատգամավոր:
«Իսկ հայ ժողովրդի համար կարևոր մյուս հարցի՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի առնչությամբ Եգիպտոսն ընդհանրապես չեզոք դիրք է որդեգրել: Ադրբեջանի հետ այդ երկրի հարաբերությունները նույնպես լավ մակարդակում են, այդ պատճառով հավասարակշռված քաղաքականություն է վարում»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նկատեց Մազլումյանը՝ հավելելով, որ իրենց հիմնական աշխատանքը լրատվության և մտավորականության աշխարհի ներկայացուցիչների հետ համագործակցելն ու Հայաստանին ծանոթացնելն է: Հայ դատի հանձնախմբի ջանքերով տարին երկու անգամ փորձում են զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիչների և մտավորականների այցելություններ կազմակերպել դեպի Հայաստան: «Օրինակ, Ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցին քաղաքականության, մտավորականության, ԶԼՄ-ների, արվեստի 55 ներկայացուցիչներ էին եկել Հայաստան»,- նշեց նա:
Մազլումյանի տեղեկացմամբ՝ այժմ արաբերեն լեզվով երկու ֆիլմ են պատրաստում Հայաստանի մասին: Ֆիլմերը պատմելու են Հայաստանի, հայ ազգի և մեր երկրում զբոսաշրջության մասին: Այն կլինի արաբական աշխարհի համար, սակայն կներկայացվի նաև Հայաստանում:
«Այժմ ընթանում են դրանց մոնտաժային աշխատանքները, շուտով կավարտվեն, վերջնական տեսքի կբերվեն: Ֆիմերն աշխարհին են ներկայացնում Հայաստանը, հայ ժողովրդին, երկրի զբոսաշրջային հնարավորությունները: Ֆիլմերից մեկի սցենարի հեղինակը երեք անգամ այցելել է Հայաստան, նա եգիպտացի է ու գրել է գիրք, որն այժմ ֆիլմի կվերածվի: Գրողի անունը Մուհամեդ Մանդուր է»,- հավելեց նա:
Մազլումյանը նաև հիշեցրեց, որ նախորդ տարի արաբերեն նկարահանել էին «Ո՞վ սպանեց հայերին» վավերագրական ֆիլմը, որի հեղինակներ Մոհամեդ Հանաֆի Նասրն ու Միրիամ Զաքին Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման գործում նշանակալի ավանդի համար ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հրամանագրով արժանացել են 2015 թվականի պետական մրցանակի:

Armenian National Committee of Egypt continues pro-Armenian activity: Movies being shot on Armenia
(ARMENPRESS) Armen Mazlumyan, member of the Armenian National Committee of Egypt, hopes that the bill on the Armenian Genocide will be submitted to the parliament and will put up to voting.
The Committee has carried out active works since the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide aimed at recognizing the Genocide by Egypt, however, Mazlumyan said certain political circumstances hindered that process.
Egyptian lawmaker Mustafa Bakri prepared a legislative initiative by calling on the parliament and government to recognize the Armenian Genocide. Mustafa Bakri announced that historical documents prove that in 1915-1922 the Ottoman Turks killed 1.5 million Armenians. In order to discuss these facts the lawmaker urged the parliament to hold a special session. 337 MPs signed under the bill.
“As for the Nagorno Karabakh issue, Egypt has adopted a neutral stance. It’s relations with Azerbaijan are at good level, that’s why it runs a balanced policy”, Mazlumyan told Armenpress, adding that their work is mainly focused on cooperating with media representatives and intellectuals and introduce Armenia to them. Thanks to the efforts of the Armenian National Committee, visits of media representatives and intellectuals are organized to Armenia two times a year. “For instance, during the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, 55 representatives of politics, intellectuals, media and art visited Armenia”, he said.
He informed that at the moment two films are being prepared about Armenia in Arabic. The films will tell about Armenia, the Armenian people and the country’s tourism. The movies will be presented in Armenia.
“The preparation works will be completed soon. The movies present Armenia, its people and tourism opportunities to the world. One of the scriptwriters of the films is Egyptian who visited Armenia three times and wrote a book which now will be turned into a movie”, he said.
El Consejo Nacional Armenio de Egipto continúa su labor de reivindicación de la Causa Armenia
(DIARIO ARMENIA/ ARMENPRESS) Ereván.- Con el objetivo de seguir difundiendo la causa armenia, el Consejo Nacional Armenio (CNA) de Egipto, confirmó que exhibirá dos películas en árabe y que además espera que el proyecto de ley sobre el reconocimiento del Genocidio Armenio sea presentado en el parlamento para su aprobación.
Armen Mazlumyan, miembro de la organización que lucha por las reivindicaciones armenias en todo el mundo afirmó que pronto se estarán presentando las dos películas sobre Armenia en árabe, que hablarán del país, la gente y su turismo. “Los trabajos preparatorios se completarán pronto. Uno de los guionistas es un egipcio que visitó Armenia tres veces y escribió el libro que ahora se adaptará en el film”, comentó en relación a la producción de los largometrajes.
La organización viene realizando trabajos activos en el país desde el centenario del genocidio, sobre todo para que se dé un reconocimiento oficial de este. Sin embargo, Mazlumyan admitió que ciertas circunstancias políticas aún impiden este proceso.
De hecho, el legislador egipcio Mustafa Bakri preparó una iniciativa legislativa pidiendo al parlamento y al gobierno que lo reconozcan, con el testimonio que los documentos históricos demuestran que entre 1915 y 1923 los turcos otomanos asesinaron a 1.5 millones de armenios. Para esto solicitó una sesión extraordinaria al parlamento, contando con la firma de 337 diputados para el proyecto de ley.
“En cuanto al conflicto de Nagorno Karabagh, Egipto ya ha adoptado una postura. Sus relaciones con Azerbaidján están en buen nivel, por eso la política ejecutada es equilibrada”, expresó a Armenpress Mazlumyan, cuyo trabajo se centra principalmente en la relación con los representantes de los medios de comunicación y los intelectuales, así también como en promover el conocimiento de la Causa Armenia en ellos.
Gracias a los esfuerzos de Consejo Nacional Armenio, cada año se realizan dos visitas a Armenia de intelectuales y periodistas. “Por ejemplo, en el centenario del Genocidio Armenio, más de medio centenar de personas del ámbito político, intelectual y periodístico realizaron esta visita”, aseguró.
