Regimens brott mot yttrandefriheten, m\u00e4nskliga r\u00e4ttigheter och demokratiska v\u00e4rderingar samt dr\u00e4neringen av landets inkomster fr\u00e5n olja och gas in i familjens egen ficka har resulterat att Azerbajdzjan vunnit bottenplatser i alla m\u00e4tningar och rapporter f\u00f6r de n\u00e4mnda v\u00e4rderingarna.<\/p>\n

Hans egen och regimens avsky f\u00f6r Armenien och armenier \u00e4r knappast n\u00e5got han eller hans f\u00f6retr\u00e4dare har stuckit under stol med.
