Heute Nachmittag hat das \u00d6sterreichisch Armenische Komitee f\u00fcr Gerechtigkeit und Demokratie<\/a> einen Flashmob f\u00fcr die freie Meinungs\u00e4u\u00dferung durchgef\u00fchrt. Dabei wurde der Mord an Hrant Dink, der in der T\u00fcrkei offen \u00fcber den armenischen V\u00f6lkermord gesprochen hatte, nachgestellt. Dink wurde vor 8 Jahren in der T\u00fcrkei auf offener Stra\u00dfe erschossen.<\/p>\n

Earlier today the Austrian Armenian Committee for Justice and Democracy organised a flashmob to raise awareness for the violation of Freedom of speech. During the event, the assassination of Hrant Dink was re-enacted, who was murdered for speaking the truth about the atrocities that we know today as the Armenian Genocide. He was murdered in cold blood 8 years ago in Istanbul, Turkey.<\/p>\n

Heute vor 8 Jahren wurde Hrant Dink vor dem Verlagshaus der “Agos” ermordet. Aus diesem Grund fand gestern eine Seelenmesse sowie eine Gedenkveranstaltung statt, wobei Vertreter der Gr\u00fcnen Partei \u00d6sterreichs, des \u00d6sterreichisch Armenischen Komitee f\u00fcr Gerechtigkeit und Demokratie und der Armenisch-Apostolischen Kirchengemeinde Vortr\u00e4ge hielten.<\/p>\n

In his memory a commemoration took place yesterday, afterwards speeches were held by representatives from the Austrian Green Party, the Austrian Armenian Committee for Justice and Democracy and the Armenian Apostolic Church.<\/p>\n
