(hayernaysor.am) Հուլիսի 15-ին ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարության աշխատակիցների համար «Եվրոպայում Հայկական հարցերի վերաբերյալ արդյունավետ քաղաքականություն և որոշումների ընդունում» թեմայով զեկուցմամբ հանդես եկավ ՀՅԴ Հայ դատի Եվրոպայի հանձնախմբի հաղորդակցության պատասխանատու Պետօ Տէմիրճեանը (Բելգիա, Բրյուսել):
ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանն առաջարկեց մեկ րոպե լռությամբ հարգել Ֆրանսիայի ահաբեկչության զոհերի հիշատակը: Անդրադառնալով այդ ցավալի իրողությանըւ՝ նախարարը նշեց. «Անկանխատաեսելի են այն երևույթները, որ տեղի են ունենում աշխարհի բոլոր կետերում: Ցավալին այն է, որ այն միջոցներն ու մեթոդները, որ ընտրում են Իսլամական պետության ահաբեկիչները, դամոկլյան սրի նման կախված են աշխարհի վրա: Աշխարհին սեր և համերաշխություն է անհհրաժեշտ: Միակ բանը, որ պետք է քարոզել, սերն է, բարությունը, մարդասիրությունը, համերաշխությունը, հանդուրժողականությունը: Եվրոպան բացել է իր դռները փախստականների առջև և չնայած դրան՝ կրկին դարձել է ահաբեկչությունները թիրախ: Դրա պատճառը, թերևս, երախտագիտության բացակայությունն է, որը մարդկանց տանում է ոչ ճիշտ ճանապարհով»:
Ներկայացնելով Պետօ Տէմիրճեանին՝ նախարարը շեշտեց, որ նա Մելքոնյան վարժարանի շրջանավարտ է ու ինչպես բոլոր շրջանավարտները, կրում է մարդակերտումի, հայակերտումի այդ կարևոր դարբնոցի կնիքը: Որպես իսկական հայ, ազգի նիրյալ՝ Պետօ Տէմիրճեանը Եվրոպայում Հայ Դատի ամենամեծ ջատագովներից է, և օրերս Երևանում կազմակերպված «Հայաստան. ստեղծենք միասին» երիտասարդական առաջին հավաքի գլխավոր փորձագետներից մեկը: Նախարարը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց նրան՝ «Հայկական շահերի պաշտպանություն և մեդիա» ֆորումին հետաքրքիր և ուշագրավ զեկուցումով հանդես գալու համար:
Պետօ Տէմիրճեանը ներկայացրեց Եվրոպայում Հայ Դատի գրասենյակների գործունեությունը, մասնավորապես՝ Եվրախորհրդարանում կազմակերպության ջանքերի շնորհիվ ընդունված հայանպաստ բանաձևերն ու որոշումները: Նա կարևորեց Եվրախորհրդարանի ներկայացուցիչների այցելությունները Հայաստան, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ, հատկապես, սահմանամերձ շրջաններ՝ հարցին առավել մոտիկից ծանոթանալու, ճիշտ և օբյոկտիվ պատկերացում կազմելու համար: Զեկուցողը կարևորեց, որ վերջերս քննարկվել է Եվրոպայում, որտեղ մեկ միլիոնից ավելի հայ է ապրում, բացի Մարսելում գործող միակ ամենօրյա հայկական դպրոցից, երկրորդ ամենօրյա հայկական դպրոցի բացումը նաև Փարիզում, Դպրոցասիրաց վարժարանում:
Զեկուցումից հետո Պետօ Տէմիրճեանը պատասխանեց Հայ Դատի իրականացրած լոբբինգի, Եվրոպայում հայկական ամենօրյա դպրոցների բացման, Ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման հեռանկարների վերաբերյալ հարցերին:
Ամփոփելով հանդիպումը՝ նախարարը կարևորեց Հայ Դատի գրասենյակներին հետ Սփյուռքի նախարարության ավելի ակտիվ աշխատանքը, նրանց ավելի շատ տեղեկատվություն տրամադրելու անհրաժեշտությունը: Նա նշեց. «Կուզենայի, որ Հայ դատի գրասենյակներն ավելի շատ ուշադրություն դարձնեին այն փաստի վրա, որ որոշ պետություններ մեծ չափերով արտահանում են բնական ռեսուրսներ և այդ փողերով զենք են գնում: Անհրաժեշտ է սահմանափակել արտահանման ծավալը, այն պետք է մարդկանց բարեկեցությունն ապահովի, ոչ թե նրանց ոչնչացման գործիք դառնա: Նաև կուզենայի, որ Եվրախորհրդարանում ակտիվ աշխատեր հայկական Սփյուռքը՝ ծրագրեր մշակեր Եվրոպայի տարածքում գիտաժողով անելու, լեզվի, կրթական, ուսոցիչների որակավորման բարձրացման խնդիրները, նաև տնտեսական հարցեր լուծելու ուղղությամբ: Եվրոպայում մեկուկես միլիոն հայ կա, ովքեր կրթված են, զարգացած են, մոտ են մեզ աշխարհագարական և մշակութային առումով, պետք է կարողանանք օգտագործել այդ ներուժը: Եվ վերջում ուզում եմ իմ շնորհակալությունը և ջերմ ողջույնները փոխանցեք Եվրոպայի Հայ Դատի բոլոր նվիրյալներին, ովքեր աշխատում են հայկական իրազեկման խնդիրներն առաջ տանելու ուղղությամբ: Հայ Դատին՝ հաղթանակներ»:
RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan: “The world needs love and solidarity”
(hayernaysor.am) On July 15, communication correspondent of the European Armenian Federation for Justice and Democracy (ANC Europe) Bedo Demirjian (Brussels) delivered a speech entitled “Effective Policy on Armenian Issues and the Adoption of Decisions in Europe” for the personnel of the RA Ministry of Diaspora.
RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan suggested respecting the memory of the victims of the terrorist act in France with a moment of silence and stated the following as she touched upon that painful event. “The events taking place in all parts of the world are unpredictable. What is painful is the fact that the methods and measures that ISIS chooses are hanging over the world like the Sword of Damocles. The world needs love and solidarity. The only thing that we need to advocate is love, kindness, humanitarianism, solidarity and tolerance. Europe has opened its doors for refugees, but in spite of that, it has become a target for terrorist acts once again. Perhaps the reason is the lack of gratitude that doesn’t lead people in the right direction.”
Introducing Bedo Demirjian, the Minister stressed the fact that he is an alumnus of the Melkonian School and, like all alumni, he is also an alumnus who received an Armenian education and an education that shaped him into an individual. As a real and devoted Armenian, Bedo Demirjian is one of the greatest supporters of the Armenian Cause in Europe and was one of the chief experts during the first “Armenia. Create Together” youth forum that was held in Yerevan recently. The Minister thanked him for the interesting speech that he gave during the session entitled “Advocacy and Media”.
Bedo Demirjian presented the activities of ANCs of Europe, particularly the pro-Armenian decisions and resolutions that the European Parliament has adopted thanks to the efforts of the Armenian National Committees. Demirjian attached importance to the visits of Members of the European Parliament to Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh, especially the bordering regions in order to become more familiar with the issue and have a correct and objective understanding of it. The speaker attached importance to the fact that there was a recent discussion on opening the second daily Armenian school in Europe, which has an Armenian population of over 1,000,000. The second school will be opened within the Dprotsasirats School in Paris and will be an addition to the only daily Armenian school located in Marseilles.
After his speech, Bedo Demirjian answered questions about the lobbying of the ANCs in Europe, the opening of daily Armenian schools in Europe and the perspectives of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement.
Summing up the meeting, the Minister said that it was important for the Ministry of Diaspora to work more actively with the Armenian National Committee Offices and that it was necessary to provide them with more information. “I would like to see the Armenian National Committees pay more attention to the fact that some states are exporting large amounts of natural resources and purchasing weapons with the money that they receive. It is necessary to restrict the amount of exports. Exports should ensure the welfare of people, not become a tool for destroying them. I would also like to see the hard-working Armenians of the Diaspora be more active in the European Parliament, develop programs to hold conferences in Europe and solve the issues on language, education and teacher qualifications and economic issues. There are 1.5 million Armenians in Europe who are educated and developed and are close to us in terms of geography and culture. We need to use that potential. In closing, I would like for you to convey my gratitude and warm greetings to all the devoted members of EAFJD who make advocacy efforts. I wish EAFJD victories.”
