ANCA Eastern Region Seeks Candidates for Executive Director Position

WATERTOWN, Mass.—The Armenian National Committee of America (ANCA) Eastern Region Board of Directors is seeking qualified candidates for its Executive Director position. Those interested should send a cover letter and resume by January 31, 2014, to ancaer@anca.org.

The Executive Director will be responsible for executing the missions and goals of Hai Tahd in cooperation with the Board of Directors and the ANCA headquarters in Washington, D.C. As the community embarks on commemorating the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide, special attention will be paid to increasing grassroots activism, fundraising, public education, and governmental affairs.

Qualified candidates should have experience in Hai Tahd work, including participating in congressional meetings, engaging with activists, planning and managing community events and public forums, and fundraising.

The position will be based in the ANCA Eastern Region office at the Hairenik Building in Watertown. Travel will be required throughout the region.
