ԵՐԵՒԱՆ.- Համազգայինի 20րդ ուսանողական հաւաքի (ֆորում) պաշտօնական բացումը կատարուեցաւ Շաբաթ, 19 Յուլիս 2014ին, կէսօրուան ժամը 12ին՝ ներկայութեամբ Համազգայինի Կեդրոնական վարչութեան անդամ Սպարտակ Ղարաբաղցեանի, հաւաքի երկար տարիներու դասախօս եւ դաստիարակչական բաժինի պատասխանատու դոկտ. Հրանդ Մարգարեանի, ինչպէս նաեւ համազգայնականներու եւ Համազգայինի բարեկամներու:
Բացման հանդիսութեան ողջոյնի խօսքը արտասանեց Հայաստանի Համազգային հիմնարկի նախագահ Լիլիթ Գալստեան, որ ընդհանուր գիծերու մէջ ներկայացուց Համազգայինի ծագումը, ամբողջ աշխարհի մէջ անոր տարածումն ու գործունէութեան լայնածաւալ դաշտը, ապա՝ հաւաքին պատմականը: Ան ըսաւ, թէ Համազգայինի Կեդրոնական վարչութիւնը 20 տարիներ առաջ երիտասարդական-ուսանողական հաւաքը (ֆորում) ստեղծելու գաղափարը յղացած է, ինչպէս նաեւ անդրադարձաւ հաւաքը հայրենիքի մէջ կազմակերպելու կարեւորութեան:
Ապա, Համազգայինի Կեդրոնական վարչութեան անդամ Սպարտակ Ղարաբաղցեան անդրադարձաւ հաւաքի ծրագիրի կարեւորութեան եւ հայրենիքի մէջ կազմակերպուելու անհրաժեշտութեան:
Ուսանողական հաւաքի բարի գալուստ մաղթեց նաեւ հաւաքի դաստիարակչական բաժինի վերահսկող անդամ դոկտ. Հրանդ Մարգարեան, որ շեշտը դրաւ հաւաքին ոգիին եւ հայկական շունչին վրայ՝ ըսելով, որ իւրաքանչիւր ֆորումական Հայաստանէն տուն պիտի մեկնի ալ աւելի հայացած եւ իր շրջապատը ուղղէ դէպի հայրենիք:
2014ի հաւաքի ընդհանուր պատասխանատու Արա Բարսեղեան ամփոփ կերպով խօսեցաւ անոր յաջողութեան գլխաւոր բանալիին՝ կարգապահութեան ու օրէնքներու յարգումին մասին: Ան խնդրեց բոլորէն ճշդապահ ըլլալ, որպէսզի կարելի ըլլայ ծրագիրը ամբողջութեամբ իրականացնել, փոխանցեց կեցութեան հետ կապուած անհրաժեշտ տեղեկութիւններ, ինչպէս նաեւ՝ հաւաքի ընթացքին եւ յանձնախումբերու աշխատանքներուն մասին մանրամասնութիւններ:
11 շրջաններէ՝ Հայաստանէն, Արցախէն, Վրաստանէն, Միացեալ Նահանգներէն, Քանատայէն, Աւստրալիայէն, Լիբանանէն, Սուրիայէն, Ֆրանսայէն, Կիպրոսէն եւ Պրազիլէն ժամանած հայ ուսանողները իրենք զիրենք ներկայացուցին եւ իրարու հետ ծանօթացման առաջին հանգրուանէն ետք ճաշեցին, բարձրացան փոխադրակառք եւ խանդավառ մթնոլորտի մէջ այցելեցին Երեւանի պատմութեան թանգարան, Սասունցի Դաւիթի արձանը, Ս. Գրիգոր Լուսաւորիչ եկեղեցի եւ Մայր Հայաստան յուշարձան: Իւրաքանչիւր վայրի մասին հաճելի եւ օգտակար տեղեկութիւններ փոխանցուեցան:
Յոգնութեան եւ անքնութեան դիմադրելով ֆորումականները պատրաստուեցան ու մեկնեցան «Երեւանեան գիշերներ» ճաշարան, ուր շարունակուեցաւ արդէն իսկ սկսած ընկերական մթնոլորտի ամրապնդումը:
Կիրակի 20 Յուլիսին հաւաքին մասնակիցները լսեցին «Հայ Դատ, հարիւրամեակ եւ հատուցում» թեմայով դասախօսութիւն մը, զոր ներկայացուց ՀՅԴ Բիւրոյի Հայ Դատի գրասենեակի պատասխանատու Կիրօ Մանոյեան: Ան խօսեցաւ Հայ Դատի աշխատանքներուն մասին՝ նկատի ունենալով քանի մը տարբեր մարզեր՝ հողային պահանջներ, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի տագնապ եւ Հայաստան-Թուրքիա արձանագրութիւններ, շեշտը դնելով Ցեղասպանութեան 100ամեակին վրայ։
Ապա առիթ տրուեցաւ ֆորումականներուն իրենց հարցումները ուղղելու օրուան դասախօսին: Պատասխանելով հարցումներուն, Մանոյեան ըսաւ, թէ պէտք է լճանաչման հանգրուանէն անցնիլ հատուցումի հանգրուանին: Ան աւելցուց, թէ Սփիւռքը պէտք է հատուցման մասին հարցեր բարձրացնէ թէ՛ քաղաքականօրէն, եւ թէ գիտականօրէն:
Կէսօրուան ճաշէն ետք Համազգայինի ուսանողական հաւաքի մասնակիցները այցելեցին Չարենցի կամար, Գառնիի տաճար եւ Գեղարդ: Երեւան վերադարձին դիտեցին Հայաստանի Պարի պետական համոյթի ելոյթին, «Արամ Խաչատրեան» համերգասրահին մէջ։
Երեկոյեան ընթրիքէն ետք հաւաքին մասնակիցները վայելեցին Երեւանի գիշերային կեանքը եւ հաճելի երեկոյ մը անցուցին:
Hamazkayin’s Landmark Forum Held in Yerevan
YEREVAN—Hamazkayin Cultural and Educational Society’s 20th Student Forum held its official opening on Saturday, July 19, at 12 p.m., and in attendance was Hamazkayin Central Executive member Sbardag Gharabaghtsian, Hamazkayin Forum’s primary lecturer and educational advisor for years Hrant Markarian, as well as members and friends of Hamazkayin.
The opening ceremony welcoming remarks were given by Armenia’s Hamazkayin Fund president Lilit Galstyan, who gave a presentation on the founding of Hamazkayin, its international expansion and the extensive work it has carried out, and finally the Hamazkayin Forum. She described how 20 years ago the Central Executive conceived of the idea of a student-youth forum, as well as how it saw the importance of organizing such a forum in the Armenian homeland.
A warm welcome was also given to the participants by the Hamazkayin Forum’s primary lecturer and educational advisor Hrant Markarian, who emphasized the Forum’s essence and its Armenian spirit. Markarian added that the participants will return home more attached to their identity and direct their friends to their homeland.
Then, Hamazkayin Central Executive member Sbardag Gharabaghtsian shed light on the importance of Forum’s program and the necessity of organizing it in the homeland.
Hamazkayin Forum 2014 group leader Ara Parseghian briefly spoke about the key to a successful Forum – discipline and respect for the rules. He asked all to be punctual, so that the program could be realized in its entirety. He also relayed essential information for the participants’ stay in Armenia, as well as information about the schedule of the Forum and the work and activities of the various culturally themed committees that all will take part in.
The participants – from 11 different regions – from Armenia, Artsakh, Javakhk, USA, Canada, Australia, Lebanon, Syria, France, Cyprus, and Brazil introduced themselves and after meeting one another descended to the restaurant downstairs for lunch, after which they hopped on the tour bus and enthusiastically visited the National Museum, Sasuntsi Tavit Statue, St. Gregory the Illuminator Cathedral, and the Mother Armenia (Mayr Hayastan) Statue. Interesting and fun facts were passed on to the participants about each of the sights and sites that the group toured.
Combating tiredness and sleeplessness, the Forum participants got dressed and ready and departed to “Yerevanian Kisherner” Restaurant, where the already friendly and sociable atmosphere continued.
The second day of the Forum started on Sunday July 20th.
After the breakfast, the Forum participants attended a lecture entitled “Armenian Cause, 100th anniversary and retribution”, delivered by Giro Manoyan, director of Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) Bureau’s Armenian Cause and Political Affairs office.
Manoyan talked about current activities of the Hay Tahd Committee. He also talked about retribution, the issues of Nagorno Karabagh, and Armenia-Turkey Relations and the standing protocols. Manoyan also shed some light on the 100th anniversary of the Armenian genocide and what is expected from the Diaspora.
Participants were given the opportunity to ask questions to the lecturer. Manoyan said that it is time for Armenians across the globe to move from the phase of recognition to the phase of retribution and raise awareness both politically and academically.
After lunch, Hamazkayin Forum participants visited Charent’s Arch, Karni temple, and Keghart monastery. On their way back to Yerevan, the Forum participants attended Armenia State Dance Ensemble’s performance at Aram Khatchaturian Concert Hall.
After the dinner, Forum participants enjoyed Yerevan’s night life and spent a wonderful evening with their peers.
