#AUSKVEH2019: THE FEDERAL ELECTION GUIDE FOR ARMENIAN-AUSTRALIANS [VIDEO, AUDIO, GRAPHICS]

News

CANBERRA: The Armenian National Committee of Australia (ANC-AU) has released candidate report cards as part of its 2019 Federal Election Guide for Armenian-Australians ahead of this Saturday’s (18th May) polls, which will determine the next government, opposition and cross-benches for the 46th edition of Parliament.

This video (watch by clicking here or below) features ANC-AU Executive Director Haig Kayserian and Administrator Olivia Dilanchian previewing the 2019 Federal Election Guide. Importantly, they introduce the graphics that feature further down this page.

The following is a guide for voting on the small, green piece of paper for your local House of Representatives candidates. Remember you need to number all the boxes on the green ballot.

The below is for consideration when voting on the large, white piece of paper for your state’s Senate parties. The ANC-AU clearly identifies the parties vying for Senate seats, who have party positions calling on Australia to recognise the Armenian Genocide. Remember you need to number at least 1-6 above the line for the parties of your choice.
